Meet the community!
We decided 2017 was the year we were going to stop just selling houses and start selling the community.
As residents in the cities of Coastal Virginia, we always got a little frustrated when we heard people say things like, "there is nowhere good to eat around here," or "everything is a chain, there's nothing special on this side of the water."
Excuuuuuse us! We knew incredible local businesses were thriving and that it was just a matter of bringing them to the attention of others. Local businesses are the base of our community's values and growth, and we knew there was no better way to highlight the location than by meeting and promoting the incredible people inside it.
