Heidi Myers, Team Coordinator
Heidi Myers brings nearly two decades of experience in operations, training, and team development to her role as our Team Coordinator. Known for her organization, leadership, and ability to create efficient systems, Heidi plays an important role in helping both agents and clients navigate the many moving parts of the real estate process.
Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Heidi moved to Colorado in the early 2000s. She attended Mesa State University, studying Business Administration, while also earning her Dental Technologies certification from Intellitec College in Grand Junction, Colorado. Over the course of an 18-year career in the dental field, Heidi developed extensive experience in operations management and staff training. During that time, she built a reputation for mentoring team members, streamlining processes, and creating environments where both staff and clients felt supported, informed, and valued. Transitioning into mortgage and real estate was a natural next step for Heidi. Her strong background in operations, communication, and attention to detail allows her to support agents behind the scenes while ensuring clients receive a smooth, well-organized experience throughout the transaction.
Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family and traveling with her husband. She loves the outdoors, BBQing, and cooking, and can often be found cheering on her nephew’s football team and the Dallas Cowboys. Heidi is also actively involved in volunteering and supporting her niece’s gymnastics activities.
