Team Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Team Coordinator to help power our real estate team from behind the scenes.
This is not an entry-level “task” position. This is a mission-critical role for someone who loves systems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and gets genuine satisfaction from making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
This role supports transaction management, events, database oversight, lead flow, and team operations.
Transaction Coordination (Contract to Close):
Prepare contract paperwork and marketing materials
Prepare agents for listing appointments and buyer consults
Order inspections, photos, appraisals, and coordinate contractors
Submit and track contract documents
Install and remove lockboxes
Communicate consistently with clients and all parties
Coordinate closing gifts and post-closing follow-up
Ensure clients are properly entered and categorized in our systems
You are the calm in the chaos between contract and closing.
Events: You will plan and execute:
Quarterly Client Events: Women’s Event, Pilots Picnic/Game, Movie Theater Event and Brunch with Santa. Responsibilities include logistics, vendor coordination, promotion, follow-up, thank-you notes, and post-event execution.
Team Events: Quarterly Retreats, Team Appreciation lunches, Birthday Celebrations, Holiday Gatherings
You’ll make sure details are handled and the experience feels polished and thoughtful.
Database & Marketing Management:
Manage Follow Up Boss and MaxTech
Oversee and execute initiatives for our Ambassador Program
Maintain accurate client records
Maintain and oversee marketing communication systems
Data accuracy and organization are critical to this role.
Lead Management:
You will become the systems expert for our two database and lead portals; Follow Up Boss and MaxTech powered by BoldTrail
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring and routing incoming leads
Sending intake forms
Setting appointments
Tracking lead sources
Managing responses and client journey stages
You are the gatekeeper of opportunity.
Team Operations:
Prepare agendas and track action items for team meetings
Plan quarterly retreats
Maintain YTD deal reporting
Manage team inventory of swag and collateral
When transactions are slower, you help optimize systems, audit processes, and improve efficiency.

Residential Sales Agent
Start or reboot your Real Estate Career with the Coastal VA Real Estate Team. We are searching for highly motivated, team players, who thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven work environment, and want limitless earning potential.
The primary role of a real estate agent is to help buyers and sellers navigate the process from start to finish. You will be responsible for accumulating new business, working open houses, team leads, and attending team meetings and events. Duties will include showing homes, writing offers, attending inspections, working with multiple third parties to make sure the closing process goes off without a hitch.
Hours are not limited. We are a team of “whatever it takes to get the job done”. Nights and weekends are part of the industry. IF you do not want to work nights and weekends, no need to apply.
Below are some specific skills that will be necessary to succeed in this role.
Independence: You must manage your own time and schedules, making sure you are hustling to get the word out about properties and finding the information your clients need.
Interpersonal Skills: You will work with clients and customers face-to-face on a daily basis. Listening to their needs and communicating effectively and pleasantly is a necessary skill.
Problem-Solving Skills: You will need to quickly find answers to your client's questions. This also includes being a mediator between several different clients.
