2019 was a great year for the real estate market with an increase in median sale price, decrease of homes average days on the market, and an overall increase in closings! 📈The same shows to be true for January and is projected to show true for the rest of the 2020 year. Below are graphs showing increase in sales price compared to MLS in Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown, and Poquoson.

Yesterday we went to a Economic Forecast hosted by Atlantic Bay Mortgage where one of the top Economists in the area gave some pretty insightful information about our future! As our local leaders keep pushing for more improvements to our roadways and encouraging continued growth for our tourism sector, we will continue to see a stable economy in our 757 cities!
